IB Continuum Coordinator and Teacher of English

Pathways World School, Aravali, Gurgaon

Having been in the education sector for more than 16 years now, one thing that I have learnt, and remains true, is the constant need to innovate and upskill oneself and students to stay abreast with 21st-century skills. I have had the privilege of working in multiple curriculums and multiple roles. I have in my career taught AS level, O levels, IGCSE- FLE and Literature, and have been teaching the IB curriculum (English Language literature/ Lit. Perf/Literature/TOK/Extended Essay) for over 16 years now and an IB examiner and Team Leader. I have had the opportunity of working in the Gandhi Memorial Intercontinental School, Jakarta, and through my career path have successfully carried out many roles and responsibilities, from pedagogical to administrative. I am currently the IB Continuum Coordinator at Pathways World School Aravali/Accreditation leader, where my role is to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the programmes from a whole school perspective.
