Aprajita has been a passionate students' centred educator for over 30 years; She has traveled widely across countries for training and engaging with children and teachers, and provided staff development training & and support in technology integration, instructional design, and e-learning in K-12 and higher education classrooms. She secured a bachelor's degree in History Hons, a master's in History, a Bachelor's in education, and teaching, and a leadership certificate in Curriculum design and instruction. She is highly motivated and extremely happy about her vast experience in Educational Technology and e-learning. That helps her encourage teachers in her sphere of influence. She was able to assist people during the pandemic making the technology shift. Currently, She is a SECONDARY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL with SREENIDHI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. And never has she ever paused her learning journey. After having acquired for herself certificates in Microsoft In education EXPERT & TRAINER, Certified Educator for Technology Integration, having been certified from TISS & Microsoft education, Penpalsschools, ADOBE, SEESAW, WAKELET, FLIPGRID, she has now been able to engage with training new teachers in schools, assisting and encouraging teacher groups to complete MIE certification training and encouraging them to move to MIEE certification. She is now an active mentor to the school community and outside; conducting training sessions through summer; for this, she secured the MIE TRAINER. Her experience in training and leading, enabling teachers and students to have their voice has led her to leadership roles. She has been providing professional learning and instructional design support to schools nationwide. She is deeply passionate about students' role in fulfilling Global goals and facilitating projects globally, being a TEACHSDG AMBASSADOR. COMMUNITY SERVICE has been her driving force. She trained several batches of teachers and students in this direction over the past 18-odd years. Keeping students at the heart of all her intents, Aprajita strongly upholds the idea of student-centered learning. Over the years of teaching, she says she has come to believe "we are heroes for our students and we need to champion their cause". She got that opportunity in her present line of leadership where she has brought to the table several opportunities for my children and engaged them in deep learning methods. In her words "I grow with my students and the teachers I lead; every day is a new learning experience for me".
