Qualified (B.Ed, MA + QTS) and dedicated international educator with 15+ years of experience working abroad in a range of contexts (EFL, bilingual, international schools) and positions (teacher, teacher trainer and academic manager). Throughout my career I've led teams to develop and launch educational products (YL / adult courses and assessment for British Council and International House), delivered formal and in-house professional development training to promote quality teaching and increase student numbers (CELTA/DELTA/IHCYLT), fine-tuned and implemented Child Protection and Safeguarding policies to make schools safer and more inclusive spaces for all learners, and actively participated in accreditation processes (EAQUALS, WASC) to help schools being recognised for their achievements in education. But first and firemost I have been and still am a passionate teacher helping students of various cultural and language backgrounds to achieve their life goals with the help of English.
