I have a proven track record as an educational leader in both the UK and international markets with experience of both established secondary and founding all-through boarding schools. As part of SLT, I have led schools through COBIS, CIS, BSO, HPL and FOBISIA inspections and accreditations. I am a COBIS Peer Accreditor and instructional coach. As a fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching, I value well-researched, evidenced-based approaches to pedagogy. Positive, dynamic and progressive by nature, I hold integrity as the key aspect of my leadership. From August 2024 I will be Vice Principal / Head of Secondary at Arcadia Global School Dubai. I am a former international gymnast and a signed recording artist with Universal Records.
