I am an experienced K-12 school leader and reflective practitioner with more than 20 years of experience working in international education. I am a strong believer and practitioner of servant leadership, DEIJ, and a positive mindset. Known as a self-starter with a passion for focussing on students' needs and school-wide growth, I become excited when approaching new challenges and collaborative opportunities. I am a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School Administration and Supervision Program and obtained a Masters in Globalization and Educational Change from Lehigh University, and I am a proud University of Toronto/OISE Alumni. I have written for various publications, and I am currently Deputy Director at Mahidol University International Demonstration School (MUIDS).
