Head of US Theatre at Taipei American School
As head of Upper School theatre at Taipei American School, I lead the development and delivery of the theatre curriculum as well as direct all productions put on stage both at TAS and abroad. This involves a multitude of moving parts, managing of diverse stakeholder groups, detailed budget management and of course incredibly high standards. I have over six years of experience as a head of theatre at two prestigious international schools, where I implemented innovative and engaging programs that fostered students' creativity, collaboration, and confidence. I hold an MBA in Organizational Leadership, a Graduate Certificate from Harvard and an MFA in Acting. All of these equip me with the skills and knowledge to manage and inspire diverse teams, design and execute effective strategies, and deliver high-quality performances; from the stage to the classroom and beyond. I am passionate to affect fundamental changes across independent education::de-siloed, flow state, cross divisional collaborative education that invigorates and benefits all.
