I am an expert in school wellbeing and culture with an emphasis on school leader/staff wellbeing and workplace culture. I consult with schools to provide strategic and practical approaches to improve staff wellbeing and workplace culture. I deliver workshops on a range of topics related to staff wellbeing and workplace culture. I speak at conferences and other events. I conduct research into issues relating to leader/staff wellbeing and workplace culture. I write for a number of key educational publications. My first book School Leaders Matter: Preventing Burnout, Managing Stress and Improving Wellbeing will be published by Routledge in February 2023
