I am driven by a passion for education and a commitment to ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive and contribute to a better world. With extensive experience in top-tier international and national schools across Australia, the UAE, South Korea, and China, I have gained valuable insights and expertise. My academic journey, including a Ph.D., M.Ed., and B.Ed., has allowed me to learn from leading researchers in the field. Currently, as the Head of Upper Primary School, I provide leadership by overseeing faculty, programs, and systems. Throughout my career, I have led transformative initiatives, recruited and mentored teachers, managed resources, and partnered with key stakeholders. At Emirates International School, I fostered academic excellence and implemented research-informed strategies. As a consultant in the UAE, I reformed pedagogy to ensure student success. During my tenure at Korea International School, I led an understanding of teaching philosophies and cultivated a student-centered community. As the P-12 Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Concordia International School Shanghai, I shaped a vision of academic success, developed practices for continuous evaluation and improvement, and collaborated with stakeholders to drive excellence. In addition to my leadership roles, my research publications have contributed to the advancement of educational knowledge. My commitment to research and publication demonstrates my dedication to continuous learning and improvement in the field of education.
