With over 16 years in education, I've dedicated my career to one simple belief: great teachers transform lives, and great schools create lasting impact. Currently, I serve as MB Cluster Lead and Head of MSC at GEMS Founders School, Dubai, where I work alongside talented educators to bring learning to life. My days are filled with designing curriculum aligned with the British Curriculum and UAE inspection standards, mentoring teachers, and ensuring every student experiences an engaging and inclusive classroom. My journey has been shaped by hands-on experience with DSIB inspections, where I've learned what truly moves the needle, practical strategies that elevate teaching quality and school performance. Recently, I was honored to receive the Highly Commended Teacher Certification Award for Expert Teacher from High Performance Learning, which recognized my commitment to supporting all children to become high performers. This achievement, alongside being named "Innovator of the Year" at GIIS Abu Dhabi, reflects my passion for pushing boundaries in education. I'm deeply invested in teacher development because I've seen firsthand how empowered educators change trajectories. Whether it's delivering professional development programs, weaving Social-Emotional Learning into our curriculum, or leading ADEK-compliant sustainability initiatives, I approach each project with energy and purpose. I also embrace contemporary tools like AI-driven data analysis, to work smarter and create better learning experiences for students. Speaking English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi allows me to connect authentically with our diverse community, building the trust and collaboration that makes meaningful change possible.
