Laura Mitchelson

Founder and Owner of Veritas Wild - Serious HR for Schools

I’m an HR partner and facilitator using business psychology as the basis for my work with school leaders on HR, Communication and Leadership Development. I have a real passion for bringing as much best practice from the corporate world into Schools as possible and in cross-pollinating Chinese approaches to leadership and management with those from outside China. I am research-led in the people development work I do and aim to be an effective bridge for teams whose diversity brings both potential and challenge. I feel like a local in Shanghai and also in Bath, England.
