With over 18 years of international school leadership experience, I now lead the strategy for the development of approximately 5000 teachers across 50 plus ISP schools. Before joining ISP, I was the Founding Head of a private school in Ontario, Canada. Prior to Canada, I held senior and middle leadership roles in established international schools in Singapore, Bulgaria, China, and the Philippines. My passion for lifelong learning and Pre-K-12 education drives me to continually find ways to deepen my understanding of learners and learning. This understanding enhances my ability to effectively lead teacher professional learning initiatives for ISP.
