I am Shauna, a Year 1 teacher at Deira International School, Dubai. My passion in education lies in Literacy and SEN and I am a firm believer that every child can read, write, and strive in language if we adapt our teaching to cater for all needs. This passion derived from my MA in Literacy Learning and Literacy Difficulties which I completed in 2018 and it has continued to inform my practice ever since.
