I am an exceedingly motivated and dynamic IB trained educational coach and a CELTA qualified English Language trainer with over eighteen years of progressive professional experience and accomplishments, including 2 years in Research and over 11 years in the field of education. I am always striving to maintain an excellent educational environment, foster quality instruction to harness students’ potential and enable all to become positive contributing members of society. Quick to reflect, analyse, plan, rework, collaborate and adapt the ever-evolving educational practices. My Teaching English as a Second Language is focused on the fundamentals of Differentiated Instruction and how it helps the students understand the concepts. Working towards a goal that nurtures a learned self, it’s my endeavour to be associated with a progressive organization that gives me scope to update my knowledge and skills in accordance with the latest trends & be a part of a team that dynamically works towards the growth of the organization.
