As a School Leader since 2009, I have worked in schools both in the UK and internationally. With over 25 years in education, I have continued to learn and refine both my teaching skills and leadership practice. My professional interests lie with the contributory role of Emotional Intelligence to Leadership and International School Culture as well as collaborating with other educators to create an equitable, accessible and relevant curriculum for young learners. I am an advocate for international educators in achieving their potential both overseas and in repatriation, and I am the Founding Network Lead for WomenEd Malaysia.
