Adriana is an enthusiastic and driven Secondary School Mathematics Teacher based in Dubai. Dedicated to fostering academic and pastoral growth of her students, and instilling a passion for Maths. Adriana is an innovative teacher whose practice is informed by research. She has recently completed her Masters in Education whilst working full time, where she was awarded a Distinction for her research into the STEM identity of females. Adriana enjoys engaging in and leading professional development. She is currently undergoing her NPQ in Leading Teacher Development, and training towards a Coaching qualification.
