Educational Leadership Consultant

I am an educational leader, researcher, writer, editor, and professional development specialist who builds the capacity of others and systems through humanistic leadership, strengths-based coaching, and mentoring and service. My leadership focuses on global competence, cultural intelligence, diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice through reflective practice and systems thinking. I have a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Gonzaga University with a research focus on cultural intelligence and women's leadership. I also possess a Masters in Elementary Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. With my knowledge, skills, and experience in school and system leadership, I have written and presented widely across the world on leadership, cultural intelligence, gender equity, school improvement, coaching, and mentoring. I always seek to grow and learn, I collaborate and network with educators globally to re-imagine leadership and find innovative solutions for change. I am the founder of About Face Consulting, which provides educational consultancy and professional development both online and face-to-face to schools and individuals from across the globe.
