I am passionate about school improvement, student, parent, school triangulation within a motivational and positive working environment. I have over 20 years of experience in education, 16 of which are in leadership. I worked for 15 years in schools in the UK and subsequently a number of internationally acclaimed schools, improving inspection grades in each.
