My Golden Circle starts with the desire to make a difference. I chose education as my How: inspired by Dewey's work, I believe that education should be child-centred and connected to the real world. We don't need to reinvent the wheel, we just need to move forward whilst learning from the past. I endeavour to stay connected to the needs of the people I care for and support them in achieving beyond what they think is possible. Never give up, always listen, reflect and adapt!
