I am currently the Head of Language Acquisition and CIS Accreditation Coordinator at a medium-sized international school in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Having completed my MBA, I am interested in the effects of customer relationship management where we build experiences and journeys that are supported by clear communication and trust. The use of the agile methodology in an education setting to lead change is also an area of interest. How can we work together as learning communities to continually improve the services we provide?
