Over the last 24 years, I have had the rewarding opportunity to share my knowledge of research based best practices with educators across the globe in my role as a middle school teacher, university professor, and school administrator. I embrace a holistic approach to educating students of all ages on the premise that we are on a journey through life trying to find our identity, purpose, a sense of connection to our communities, and to humanitarian values such as kindness, wellbeing, peace, and compassion. This is my 12th year in the UAE serving as a school leader. I received my MOE certified principal license in August, 2022, as well as my Golden Visa. Furthermore, I am a certified CIS Accreditation evaluator.
