Lars Voellmy

Secondary Administrator and individual support teacher (former)

German School London

I am a conscientious, collected and curious individual, driven by integrity, solidarity and the desire to promote social inclusion and equality. As a qualified Social Worker in Switzerland and the UK, I specialised in counselling and learning support of adolescents with special educational needs (SEN) in international education. My goal is to promote inclusive learning and improving the mental health and wellbeing of those who are most in danger of being excluded from mainstream education and society. I do so by establishing supportive, professional relationships with students and colleagues alike, and by ‘being a part of the solution rather than the problem’.
