Co-Head of School
The Garzón SchoolAs a private tutor turned school leader, I believe that my responsibilities as an educator go beyond fostering a spirit of intellectual inquiry and scholarship. Children thrive when they feel happy and secure within a challenging environment, learning from both failure and success with supportive and knowledgeable teachers acting as facilitators. I design and implement innovative, student-led, inquiry-based, holistic curricula with collaboration, problem-solving and growth mindset at their core.
In this interview, co-Heads, Sam Irving and Leona Dauphin talk openly about their experience of collaborative leadership, their successes and what they have learned.
