As a physical education practitioner, I am incredibly passionate about learning, teaching and student wellbeing. My passion to support learners in their development remains the same for every child in my care; inspiring me to explore the most current and innovative education concepts. My attention to detail and meticulous approach to learning and teaching allows me to guide learners in refining every aspect of their development, including, technical, physical, cognitive and emotional development. From a broader perspective I have developed a passion for supporting and empowering fellow practitioners. As a result, I have committed to conducting research into the professional development and leadership preparation needs of school leaders; which also forms the basis of my doctoral research.
