I am an LSE graduate, and former SENDCo and Senior Leader in state and independent schools in England and internationally. Following an 18 year career in schools, which included Harrow International School Bangkok, in 2019 I left full-time teaching to set up Mentally Well Schools in collaboration with a leading Psychotherapist, Darryl Christie, who specialises in adolescent and adult mental health. Mentally Well Schools provides evidence-informed free resources, comprehensive paid programmes and CPD training to improve the mental health and wellbeing of school students and staff.
