Human-Centered Leadership innovator I Secondary School Principal & College Counselling Director | AIELOC Mentor | PTC (Principal's Training Center) Facilitator I NEASC-CIS Accreditation Visitor

In my years as an educator, I've worn many hats - from teacher, boarding director, director of admissions, technology coach, professional development coordinator, college counseling director, to secondary school principal. But at the core of each role is a simple truth: I believe in putting people first. I've seen the power of purpose-driven education, the value of embracing new solutions, and the lasting bonds formed from genuine relationships. I believe in education that ignites purpose, champions innovative thinking, and values authentic relationships. My vision? Crafting learning spaces where every individual feels seen, inspired, and empowered to reach their potential and be their best selves. My blog is a reflection of this belief, a space where I share my stories and insights, connecting with peers and fellow educators. With a heart for human-centered leadership and an unwavering commitment to progressive education, I'm dedicated to making a difference in the world of learning.
