An experienced head teacher with over 18 years of providing the vision and leadership required to lead flourishing schools concerned with well-being and relationships where every person, child or adult, is determined to succeed. As a CTI trained coach and an accredited Resilient Leader Elements coach I successfully lead dynamic, and committed, teams which have enthusiasm, vision, drive and adaptability necessary to manage 21st Century schools. I relish focusing on establishing optimum learning environments for both pupils and staff where individuals thrive, are curious and realise their personal strengths to create a positive learning culture.
