As a teacher of over 25 years and a Behaviour Support Manager for the last 11 years, I know how vital it is to manage classroom behaviour. To achieve the best for your students it is essential that all aspects of their pastoral needs are met. I am offering training on these and other aspects of behaviour management. I also do one to one work with students and have an excellent track record with every student I have worked with.
