I am an International Child Protection expert with extensive experience in auditing and managing organisational change to develop stronger safeguarding practices within the UK and overseas. I am also a Qualified Social Work Team Manager and provider of Reflective Safeguarding Supervision and training in the Education Management Industry. I have a history of Programme Management across statutory, NGO and voluntary sectors, with a strong focus on intercultural communication. RST has been praised for having the best safeguarding policies and procedures in Thailand. I have created an innovative Early Help Model, delivered training to staff and governors, assumed LADO role in child protection investigations, and ensured the gold standard is met for safer recruitment.
