I have worked in international schools in Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore since 2006 as an SLT member, IB Diploma Coordinator, Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge Coordinator, University Guidance Counsellor and English A and TOK teacher. I am also an IB TOK and Extended Essay examiner and a member of the IB’s Extended Essay Curriculum Review. I also work as a consultant to schools, most recently with the French International School in Hong Kong, on improving school processes to support excellence in the IB Diploma Core. I currently lead the secondary pilot program for Hong Kong’s first school of innovation, Bloom Academy.
