One researched example is the Master’s Thesis written by Jamie Walker, supervised by Tuula Andersson. The findings show that diagnostics like the PERMA+4 Survey, followed by coaching sessions using the author’s Workplace Wellbeing Scaffold can improve wellbeing both at the personal level and structural level across workplaces
