Kickstarting our new mini-series of interviews is Nick Botting, an experienced educator, Head and currently the Chief Instructional Officer for BASIS International Schools China.

In this new mini-series we talk to a series of guests about what motivated them to relocate and teach internationally. ISN Community Manager, Claire King, sits down with several international educators to examine how careers, interests and values have been shaped by decisions to teach abroad. We look at the positives of teaching internationally, as well as the challenges our educators have experienced along the way.

Nick is a fantastic guest who gives real insight into what it is like to teach in different regions and the incredible opportunities and achievements he has gained throughout his career.

We hope you enjoy.
