"I like the idea and yes some are terrified of feedback but ...a major theme I have is that teachers need to see their impact through the eyes of the student" - Professor John Hattie.

Learning is significantly enhanced when there are strong teacher-student relationships. The LooP app takes qualitative inputs from students and transforms them into valuable quantitative data, providing teachers with real insights. By aggregating binary adjective choices, the app highlights the aspects that students perceive as occurring the most, allowing teachers to gain a clearer understanding of their relationship dynamics.

This data can accompany you throughout your career, transferring seamlessly from one school to another. You can subscribe independently, and while schools can cover the subscription costs as a benefit to teachers, they do not own or have access to the teacher data.
